On August 30, Echo-Int successfully held the first session of the 2026 POCUS Series, focusing on the clinical assessment and applications of cardiopulmonary ultrasound. 
POCUS is more than an imaging tool—it enables rapid, bedside assessment and provides valuable information to support clinical decision-making. 
The 2026 POCUS Series has officially begun! 
On August 30, Echo-Int successfully held the first session of the 2026 POCUS Series, focusing on the clinical assessment and applications of cardiopulmonary ultrasound. Led by Dr. Meng-Duo Yen, the course focused on cardiac and lung ultrasound , covering fundamental concepts, ultrasound image interpretation, and practical applications in real-world clinical settings.

The course combined lectures, live scanning demonstrations, and hands-on practice, covering image recognition, anatomical assessment, clinical evaluation, and practical applications. Participants were guided to connect ultrasound findings with real-world clinical scenarios and develop a more comprehensive approach to POCUS assessment. 
POCUS is more than an imaging tool—it enables rapid, bedside assessment and provides valuable information to support clinical decision-making. With an interactive, small-group format, participants had more opportunities to discuss clinical cases, ask questions, and practice scanning techniques with the instructor. 
This interactive learning environment also allowed clinical questions to be explored in greater depth.
