From Clinical Needs to AI-Powered Ultrasound: EchoVIU-4S

As Taiwan moves toward a super-aged society, healthcare is increasingly focused not only on disease treatment, but also on early assessment of functional changes and healthy aging.

At the Healthy Aging Tech Show, Echo-Int was honored to be invited by Dr. Ke-Vin Chang of National Taiwan University Hospital Beihu Branch to showcase EchoVIU-4S at the NTU Healthcare System exhibition area.

In collaboration with Dr. Chang, EchoVIU-4S demonstrates the potential of AI-assisted dynamic ultrasound for shoulder functional assessment. By capturing real-time ultrasound images during movement and incorporating AI-assisted interpretation, the system provides additional imaging information to support the evaluation of shoulder and scapular movement and functional abnormalities.

Echo-Int will continue working closely with clinical partners to explore new possibilities in AI and ultrasound imaging, bringing innovative medical technology closer to real-world clinical needs.
